The Intel(R) Display-Audio' drivers are installed as part of your Intel HD Graphics card device drivers when you install those . . .
Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)
Expand the Display Adapters section
What model of Intel HD Graphics is listed there?

When I expand the 'Display Adapters' section I see this:
Intel(R) HD Graphics
The version is:9.17.10.4459

I downloaded it and it didn't provide me with any update for the drivers. Only a report of my system.

Could you grab the hardware ID for the Intel(R) Display-Audio in Device Manager?

Do you see exclamation sign in Device Manager?
What is the exact make and model?
Open Start, type: system information
Hit Enter
Click System summary
Look in the right pane
Copy the system sku info into reply here.

If its custom built, what is the make and model of the motherboard?
